General Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.rebeltide@gmail.com. We will provide the appropriate return address based on your location, along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (Read Carefully)
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

Sale Items & Promotional Offers:
- Any item purchased during a sale, special promotion, or using a discount code is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Limited Edition & Customized Items:
- Hoodies marked as Limited Edition (including those with personalized numbering and customer-specific inscriptions) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- These items are custom-made according to your chosen size and exclusive numbering, making them unique and tailored specifically for you.

Gift Cards:
- All purchases of gift cards are final and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info.rebeltide@gmail.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
